BLACKTAIL launches Filing collection during Taiwan Designers’ Week
Bringing the outstanding living collection of porcelain and the filing collection of the unique marble pouch to everyone, Taipei-based branding and product designers Tom Cheng and Salem Hung of BLACKTAIL have launched their 2015 collection during Taiwan Designers’ Week.
BLACKTAIL Filing Collection recycled from marble waste in the East Taiwan is ground into powder, then pressurized into a lightweight, composite fabric, with retained rough texture with stone color, transformed into a unique series of pouch. From big sizes like the 13” notebook to small sizes similar to credit cards, every single one has it own unique stone pattern.
Salem Hung comments: “Furnishings and accessories represents not only the best way to show self-personality, but also to bring a finishing touch to ordinary life.” Tom Cheng also comments: “The launches of the two collections are drawn inspiration from Taiwan, hoping to highlight that Taiwan also have their own modern personality through BLACKTAIL.”
This one-of-a-kind collection would be a great way to accessorize your electronic devices and documents.
And... That's it!
