TourDeFork BREAD STAMPS
Culinary creative consultancy, Tour de Fork, has released a series of Bread Stamps that follows the old traditions of stamping or marking your home-baked breads. Long before the lines of bakeries and cafes on every block that provides breads and pastries, people in a community would come together to bake, gossip, and exchange recipes. To make sure they would be able to distinguish each other’s baked goods, they would mark their breads with the initials of a family house hold .
Tour de Fork brings back the tradition with the Bread Stamp. They redesigned the ancient instrument using Beech wood and a 3D printed extruded head. This combo ensures the durability of the stamp and the tailoring of a personalized bread stamp that can be passed on for generations.
