TAKE TIME FOR TEA

TAKE TIME FOR TEA

This Berlin-based shop takes tea to a whole new level of sophistication. If artisan coffee is establishing its status as London’s drink of choice, it would only be fair if tea were to acquire a similar status on the continent. We are not talking English breakfast tea though, but speciality tea of different flavors and aromas as it’s presented in the beautiful P&T Shop in Berlin.

The shop, which was designed in co-operation with product designer Fabian von Ferrari, offers a minimalist and clean aesthetic that transforms the shopping experience into an elegant perusal. A stylish tea display allows customers to read about the products, smell them and try different flavours brewed and served by a ‘teaist’.

P&T’s tea empire even reaches beyond the shop’s walls with tea seminars, a mobile tea bar and a lovely website selling tea and covetable accessories.
