This beautiful concrete house in Melbourne was designed by none other than Matt Gibson Architecture. Following Gibson's other quadrate designs, this rectangular home holds a direct relationship between inside and the outdoors. The "Concrete House" blends wood tones, stones, concretes, and floor-to-ceiling windows that gives this place an open and airy feel. Cleverly designed, the massive windows located both at the front and back of the home draws in huge amounts of light while the sides of the home are left windowless to restrict the views of nosey neighbors. The property also hosts a pool and tennis court which can be seen from the balcony that runs along the home. The interior follows a contemporary take on midcentury as requested by the client. Now this is definitely a place I'd love to call home.
And... That's it!
