Ingredients:

Bunch of blueberries- however many you want!

6 almonds

1 banana 

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 cup of unsweetend almond milk

Directions:

Mix all of the ingredients listed above into a blender and blend until fully mixed. Easy as pie!

*For breakfast, I would suggest adding 1/4 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats to add more fiber into your diet and keep you feeling full until lunch!
