yalla yalla! studio crates "helden der Stadt" Exhibition
Yalla Yalla! studio has presented ‘helden der stadt (heroes of the city)’ using this walk-through installation. Using 1,200 green vegetable crates this exhibition. Exhibited at the ernst-bloch-center in ludwigshafen, Germany, the theme explores the do-it-yourself culture and contemporary urban trends. the installation supports the transition towards a sustainable, inclusive and more cooperative society.
The exhibit space avoids the typical criteria normally used for displaying work and replaces white walls with everyday objects- in this case, the vegetable crate. the spatial arrangement has been organized by the green crates where they simultaneously divide the exhibition into sections according to the different topics. from headsets, to photographs, and objects hung from the crates. Make sure give a visit when you around there, and ... that's it!
