Health Oatmeal Cookie Recipe
The summertime sometimes gives us a sweet tooth, wanting some dessert to give us a boost of energy. But most biscuits found at the supermarket are high in calories and without notice, you'll already have consumed 300 calories of sweets! So how should we keep fit and feed our sweet tooth ??
Fitness blogger Michelle creates oatmeal cookies which don't add any sugar and butter. And its very easy to make by yourself!
You need prepare :
* 20 - 25 pieces
- 1 Cup Oatmeal = 210 Calories
- 2 Medium Banana = 280 Calories
- A litte raisins (About 20g) = 65 Calories
Total fat : 20-25 Calories per picese
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees or 350 degrees Fc
Put oats into the container
Put banana into container mix with oatmeal and raisins
Use a small spoon make like cookies shape and place on the bakeware. Don't forgot put baking paper because we don't want add any oil. If you don't like raisins,you can put dried cranberries or chocolate instead, make sure you control the calories.
Bake for 15 mins. And...That's it! Low glycemic index, no sugar, and no butter oatmeal cookie just perfect for this afternoon! Most cookie recipes add butter to make it crisp, but in this recipe we didn't add any butter which makes this soft and smell ooh so yummy!
