‘IT’ fashion show - Role Models replacing fashion Models

‘IT’ fashion show - Role Models replacing fashion Models

September 9th, 2015 saw the first fashion show presented by That’s It Magazine and ShicShanghai.com at the new fashion hotspot WE@BUND. The ‘IT’ fashion show was a celebration of the up-and-coming Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Shanghai.

The show featured designs from 6 prominent fashion brands: Taiwanese brand CHLOECHEN, Eco designer Joyce Wang, Chinese born Quinn&Shauye, lingerie by Madame Aime from THELITTLECAT E-Boutique, Tailored suits by ROJO Clothing,  and Retro Sunglasses by Swedish brand Dienastie 11 ‘IT’ guys and girls representing the tech, beauty, fashion and entertainment industries were used as models. They were chosen for their groundbreaking work in their field as well as their fierce and fashionable attitude. The 4 real models were given by M3 modeling agency to walk in the lingerie show by Madame Aime from THELITTELCAT E-Boutique.

La Coyota Catering, Hungry Lungs Kitchen, Babycakes cupcakes and delicious AL BEIK handmade Arabesque sweets were served by topless waiters to feed the fashionable crowd. After the show, Summergate provided Perrier water, La Vieille Ferme, Villa Maria and Charles de Fère wine to make sure the after party was in full swing.

‘IT’ fashion show was created to show that the fashion scene in Shanghai can be diverse, interesting and a space for everyone, regardless of age or nationality. Choosing the venue, WE@BUND, added an unexpected element to the show. The former stock exchange built in 1933 is being transformed into a creative space with a combination of retail stores and offices as we speak. The industrial interior as well as the interesting history of the venue really added to the event. ShicShanghai and That’s It Magazine are looking forward to cooperating together further over the coming months.

Keep it Shic And ... That's it !
