Summer Sensations by executive chef Samuel Albert and his team
With the arrival of the new Executive Chef Samuel Albert this spring, you will see some changes in the summer menu for Light & Salt; still ensuring that what you get is of finest quality of course.
Previous executive chef Rafael Qing trusts the past experiences of fine dining and Michelin venues of Samuel, passing his rule to him, and himself taking on the role as General Manager of Light & Salt.
What you can expect at Light & Salt Daily’s new summer menus, are fine dining sensation in the main dining room with their “three-course prix-fixe” dinner menu, featuring signature dishes such as:
Roasted miso cod with purple mash, marinated daikon, miso sauce;
Fresh grass-fed beef tartare with horseradish, pickled shallots, nori crisp and wasabi mayonnaise;
And slow cooked beef short ribs, grilled asparagus, sweet potatoes, and teriyaki sauce.
In the cozy lounge area and sunny courtyard, you can enjoy a more laid-back tapas type menu, with highlights being:
Daily fresh and cooked selection of French oysters;
And JOSELITO premium Iberico ham.
