Things to do in Shanghai on a Friday

The Boxing Cat Brewery is the perfect place to go after your wild night out on Thursday and to start your day anew on Friday. Prices start around 45 RMB for their buttermilk pancakes , the chicken and waffles for 90RMB and if you’re looking for some egg-celent eggs, then the braised shortrib Benedict is at 95RMB. This place also offers sandwiches, burgers and snacks on their lovely balcony looking out to the beautiful Fuxing Lu.

As September is the season of Art in Shanghai, we have the perfect idea for you! Art in the City Festival will be taking place at the K11 Art Space with public art displays, exclusive parties and essentially their free hop-on hop –off bus tours. The free bus tours will take place over three weekends in September and will take the keen art lovers to the city’s art hot spots, this includes M50 art district, Power Station of Art, Shanghai Exhibition Centre and The West Bund Art Area.
