Tod's new Miami store folds into a gallery
The latest collaboration between NY designers Bonetti/Kozerski and Tod’s is spectacular. The journey through the Italian luxury leather showroom is full of intricate detail and ingenious design leaving shoppers amazed.
“Part of the vocabulary used in the architecture of the space, like the neutral but sophisticated backdrop and functional high-tech ceiling comes from the art gallery lexicon” - Bonetti/Kozerski
The Italian tiled façade first catches your attention followed by the light streaming through the shop front, showcasing the stores elegant aesthetic. “The pattern [of the tiles] vibrates with the sunlight and creates a unique street presence in the Design District.” - Architect.
At a closer glance, you start to notice the bespoke vachetta leather walls oozing Tod’s heritage and signature style. However, what makes this design concept magical are the movable store walls which fold to reveal a gallery space. The gallery is the perfect space for a unique exhibition complimenting the aura of the Miami design district. This one of a kind boutique it is located on 39th Street.
