This is the world's most expensive flight

This is the world's most expensive flight

Nothing oozes luxury quite like the airbus A380-800 aircraft. Fresh off the block with Italian designer sheets, bespoke meals and a luxurious cabin, the new Etihad airbus is more luxurious than any hotel suite you may have ever laid your eyes upon.  A one-way ticket from London-Mumbai on this exclusive plane would cost $32,000 (£26,000) or in other terms, the average salary in the UK, a new Mercedes Benz or 23,853 McDonalds cheeseburgers!!

Still feeling self-indulgence?

Investing in this journey would cost you an arm and a leg but pure relaxation is on the cards. The three room ‘penthouse in the sky’ suite provides a double bed and leather sofa for the ultimate flyer experience.

Feeling peckish throughout the flight? Breakfast within the clouds is guaranteed with the food being prepared by an on-board chef and of course delivered by your own personal butler. If during all this, you fancy a shower you can always freshen up in your private ensuite shower room. Private check in, lounge and concierge service are also included in the ticket adding to the luxury experience.

Travelling with kids? No problem! The airbus is equipped with a fully trained nanny to deal with the little ones whilst you sit back relax and enjoy the view.

Although, this may be a mere dream for those of us cramped up in the back of economy, there are also plans to expand the routes of the Airbus A380-800 starting with Melbourne in June. London is also on the cards for the near future.

And... That's it!
