On the menu you can find Foie Gras Terrine with Puffer Jelly, Pickpurse Puffer Soup, Lotus Sliced Puffer Fish, Royal Shrimp Balls, Bamboo Shoots Fried Sea Cucumber, East Star Sea Fish and for those with a sweet tooth, Mott 539 Afternoon Tea Set has eastern and western 2 versions: Mandarin Goose Liver, Huaiyang Style Brine Goose, or you can pick Macarons, Rum Truffle Balls.
