A FUN PLAYFUL HOUSE
This perfect home was designed for the 2 essentials for a growing family: large play space for the children and a place to host parties and events. This home in São Paulo, Brazil was designed by architect giants, Pascali Semerjian. Famous for their one-of-a-kind designs, Pascali Semerjian transformed the 2,658 square feet space into what is now the Toy House MM01.
This 3 story house starts off with a large TV room on the first floor filled with massive, colorful, geometric sofas perfect for movie watching. Connected to the living room is a minimalistic kitchen. This is THE place to gather the whole family for a good time. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors connect to the outdoor patio making the space appear more open and spacious.
A unique red rope bridge connects the house to an observation tower while passing over a garden filled with luscious, green plants.
The upper floor goes along with the colorful theme with colored, built-in shelves on the wall and a sitting area.
You can spot different graffiti pieces throughout the home from various graffiti artists and from the likes of my favorite duo twins, OsGemeos (follow them on instagram), that fill the white walls with fun characters.
This is the perfect space for a growing family.
And… That’s it!
