Exhibition focusing on the artistical aspects of robots and machines
Robots and machines can make our daily life so much easier. Although they are not (yet) as fancy as the robots in "Back to the Future Part 2" - considering that the story is set in the year 2015, we should have reached that level by now though - they have become an essential part of our society.
A new exhibition with the promising name "Hello Robot. Design between human and machine" can be visited now until May 14th at the "Vitra Design Museum" in Weil am Rhein, Germany. Approximately 200 objects and installations will be on display, paying special attention to their design.
Consisting of 4 chapters, the exhibition focuses on the artistical and technical aspects of how machines could - or have already - entered our lifes, be it in a positive or - maybe slightly - negative way and how we, without noticing, have already grown dependent on them.
The exhibition will tour Austria, Belgium before closing its doors in November 2018 in Switzerland.
And... That's it!
